When you open the website first you have to select the location. After that you would see categories of the services available. Click on the preferred category.
You would be presented with the sub-categories now. Choose according to your own preference.
After choosing the sub-category, you can choose your desired service and click “Add to cart”.
Go to your cart, select a time slot, and book your service.
After you have booked the service, wait for an expert to be assigned to you.
The assigned professional will reach your address and render the services booked.

Our customer services begin at 11:00 AM and continue until 08:00 PM during the 7 days of the week. We appreciate your feedback and do our best to resolve all your questions in a patient manner. We ask you to contact our customer support during the times mentioned in order to obtain the optimal solution for your request.
And for the booking of services, the earliest time slot available is 11 AM, however, we request you to book 1-2 days in advance in case you want to avail the services early in the morning. The last available time slot of the day is 6:30 PM to avail the services.
The safety of our experts holds importance for us which is why we try to satisfy you with our services before 8 PM. In case the service is taking more time than usual at the last time slot, the expert will continue the service on the following day.
If you decide to add on service after you have made the booking, we request you to contact our Customer Happiness Team at 8795001020 and inform them about the add-on services. In case the expert has a prior engagement with another client after your booking, the expert would not be able to provide the additional services. However, you can make a fresh booking with the services you had in mind or ask our Customer Happiness Team to reschedule your booking.
However, if the expert does not have any prior engagements and is carrying the required products and tools, you can avail the extra services after confirming with the expert. To make sure that the expert carries the required products for the additional services, please contact the expert beforehand and inform them about the changes.
On the other hand, if you wish to add on services during the service being provided, we request you to talk to our expert about the additional services. And depending on their schedule and material in hand, you can avail the add-on services.
